How does the platform fee + hourly pricing actually work?

Every plan is a flat monthly platform fee that includes a pool of call hours. Starter is a $249/mo flat fee with 108 hours for one seat. Team, Scale, and Growth are billed per seat and their included hours pool across the whole team — so if one rep takes more calls this month, they can use another rep's unused hours. Anything past the pool bills at that plan's per-hour rate ($7.20 on Starter, $6 on Team, $5 on Scale, $4 on Growth). Everyone sees the same alerts at 50% and 80% of the pool, and you can set a hard budget cap so overage never surprises you.

What counts as a "call hour"?

Any time our AI is actively coaching, transcribing, or listening on a live call — Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams. Prep briefs, meeting summaries, and follow-up email drafts are included and do not eat into your pool.

What happens if we blow past our included pool?

You'll get email + in-app alerts at 50% and 80% of the pool, and again when the first overage hour hits. Overage bills at your plan's per-hour rate. Every account has a customer-set budget cap (default = 2× your platform fee) that hard-stops usage until you lift it — so you never wake up to a runaway invoice.

Starter ($249/mo flat) is a single-seat plan for solo AEs or founders selling. Team ($99/seat) fits 2–5 reps who need shared playbooks and a pooled hour budget. Scale ($199/seat) is our most popular tier — adds the practice arena for AI roleplay and team performance insights for mid-sized teams (6–14 reps). Growth ($349/seat) is for 15–100 reps and adds SSO, DPA, SOC2 documentation, and a dedicated CSM.

We accept all major credit cards for monthly billing. Annual prepay saves you 25% (pay 9 months, get 12) and can be paid via ACH — recommended on any annual invoice of $5k or more since it saves you the card processing fee.
